Associate members join AMP Trust to stay connected to the people shaping the industry, gain insight into evolving standards and be part of a trusted renewables network without the need for technical verification. This membership recognises that strong renewable projects rely on far more than engineering alone. Associate members contribute perspective, collaboration and shared understanding, helping bridge the gap between technical delivery and the wider ecosystem that supports it. The sign-up process is simple, accessible and designed to encourage broad participation without barriers.

High-pressure sectors such as energy, construction and infrastructure are among the most impacted. As a Mental Health First Aider, you’ll play a valued role in promoting wellbeing and psychological safety across the network. You’ll help ensure people feel heard and supported at critical moments, while building trusted connections within a peer-led community. Mental Health First Aiders are there to listen, offer reassurance and help signpost others to appropriate professional support when needed. You are not expected to diagnose, counsel or provide treatment. Evidence from Mental Health First Aid England shows that early, peer-level support can reduce isolation and encourage people to seek help sooner. Support is confidential, voluntary and rooted in peer understanding.
