Tom has spent over a decade working across the renewables sector, building deep connections across the UK supply and value chain. Much of his career has focused on bringing people together, shaping industry conversations and creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration across developers, contractors, manufacturers and service providers.

Now working in business development within utility-scale solar, Tom operates at the intersection of commercial decision-making and practical delivery. He has a strong understanding of how projects succeed or fail based on early choices, standards and the quality of collaboration between stakeholders. His experience gives him a broad, market-wide perspective on where friction exists and where better practice can deliver real impact.

Tom is involved in AMP Trust because he believes strongly in doing things properly the first time. He is motivated by the opportunity to help raise standards across the sector, reduce repetition and rework, and support a more joined-up, credible renewables industry built on trust and shared responsibility.
