Robert has built his career around the optimisation and long-term management of solar assets, with extensive experience across operations, maintenance and performance improvement. As Director at Helios Solar Operations & Maintenance, he works closely with asset owners and operators to ensure sites are running efficiently, safely and in line with expected returns.
His experience spans fault diagnosis, lifecycle management and the practical realities of maintaining large-scale solar portfolios. Robert understands where performance is lost, where risk builds and how structured O&M strategies can protect both revenue and asset longevity. His approach is grounded in doing things properly, with a clear emphasis on consistency, accountability and measurable results.
