Matthew has built a strong track record in managing complex renewable energy operations across multiple regions, with experience spanning both solar and battery storage. As Head of Operations for Northern Europe, he is responsible for ensuring assets are delivered, maintained and optimised to meet both technical and commercial expectations.
His role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, balancing high-level operational planning with the realities of on-the-ground delivery. Matthew understands the importance of standardisation, process and data in driving performance, while also recognising the need for flexibility across different markets and asset types.
Within AMP Trust, Matthew brings a cross-regional perspective, helping to shape scalable standards that support both solar and storage as the sector continues to evolve.
