As Associate Director at Thanos Renewables, he is involved in both strategic and operational aspects of asset management and performance optimisation.

His experience includes working across O&M, performance monitoring and operational improvement, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how assets perform in real-world conditions. Kristian is focused on improving consistency, reducing inefficiencies and ensuring best practice is applied across portfolios.
