Jamie has extensive experience in managing large-scale solar portfolios, with responsibility for operational performance, maintenance delivery and client outcomes. As Head of Solar at BayWa r.e. Operation Services, he oversees complex asset portfolios, ensuring sites operate efficiently, safely and in line with contractual expectations.
His background spans both technical and leadership roles, giving him a clear understanding of how decisions made on the ground impact wider asset performance. Jamie is particularly focused on driving consistency across operations, improving maintenance standards and ensuring teams are equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes across diverse portfolios.
Within AMP Trust, Jamie contributes practical insight into large-scale operations, helping shape standards that reflect real-world delivery and long-term asset performance.
