Darren leads the operational and commercial delivery at Solar Group Utilities, overseeing large-scale solar O&M with a focus on reliability, performance and long-term asset value. His experience spans building operational frameworks, leading teams and ensuring assets are managed with consistency and care.
He is known for a pragmatic, detail-driven approach, focusing on doing things properly, identifying issues early and protecting performance over time. Darren understands the direct link between operational discipline, asset longevity and investor confidence.
In addition to his leadership role, Darren is also a Mental Health First Aider, recognising the importance of supporting the people delivering the work. He is committed to creating an environment where teams feel supported, safe and able to perform at a high level.
