As Director and driving force behind Thanos Renewables, Brett has spent decades shaping engineering teams, optimising asset performance and guiding complex projects from concept through to operations with a focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence. Brett brings a blend of operational leadership, strategic insight and real-world engineering credibility to AMP Trust.

Outside of project delivery, Brett actively shares expertise through industry commentary, technical discussions and mentorship, helping grow the next generation of renewable professionals.
